2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, STRATO processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system. STRATO acts as our processor. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in providing a secure and stable website.
3. Contacting us
When the contact form is submitted, the entered information is transferred to our email inbox through a server-side PHP endpoint. We process the email address, topic and message, as well as the optional name, company and telephone number. Processing is carried out solely to handle and answer the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. The information is not used for marketing and is deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Local storage
The contact form does not store information in a database or in the browser's local storage. To limit automated bulk submissions, the server only keeps a short-lived global count of sending attempts. Neither IP addresses nor form contents are stored for this purpose.
5. Cookies, analytics and external services
No analytics, marketing, social media or external form services are integrated. Images, fonts and the contact form are served from our own STRATO webspace. If additional services are added later, this notice and, where applicable, consent management must be updated.
6. Rights of data subjects
Within the scope of the law, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. The applicable requirements are governed by the GDPR.
